→ It’s making sure that every part of the pigs it’s cooked evenly and not burned.

→ Because coconut taste better and make it smell nicer and you can use the coconut crumbs to thicken the juice and it is for free back in the island and milk is too expensive.


7. Write what Tongan dishes you would like to try and why.


→ Lu Sipi, why, usually I grew up eating Lu Sipi and it is one of my favourite food. We normally don’t have it often, we mostly have it on very important occasions Eg: Father and Mother’s day, Birthdays and Celebrations.
